Wondering what day it is!

Mary asked us to do something everyday that begins with the letter of the day.
I have tried very hard to do this:

Travelling Thursday.Wacky Wednesday.
Teddy Tuesday.

Microsope Monday.

Screw Search Sunday.

Snowdrop Saturday.

Freezer Friday. Now all I need to do is work out which day of the week it is today!!!!

Trying to hide.

I have finally plucked up the courage to post about the colours in my life.
I think a lot Shirley's friends know that PINK is one of her favourite colours but I have an aversion to PINK at the moment.
Shirley tells me that 'Real men wear pink'.
Well I have news for her I am a chimp not a man and I do not like to wear PINK.
This is the dressing gown that I have to wear everyday when I get ready for bed!!!
I have tried to stop Shirley taking a photo of me in it but she just caught me on my way to bed the other night.
I am going to get rid of this item of clothing one day soon, maybe I can put it out in the charity bag when Shirley's not looking. There a so many colours in the world that I have difficulty choosing which colour is my favourite. Abbie has just knitted me another scarf and it is a deep RED so I think I will choose RED as my favourite colour at the moment.
When we were out at the class on Monday, Abbie and I took a look around the the Craft shop to see how many colours we could find.
Mind you having said I like the colour red the other day I found this lovely red looking sweet lying around and I unwrapped it and thought yummy white chocolate!!!!!Well it was not Chocolate at all it was all yucky and waxy and Shirley told me it was her cheese and that I should not take things with out asking.
I suppose this answers Curly's question from the other week about eating something that surprised you when you tasted it. That really surprised me I can tell you!

Meeting a new friend.

Today I want to share with you a photo of me with Abbie and my new friend Zara. I met Zara when I went to a craft class with Abbie.
This week Clemmie is asking us about the what colours mean to us and what colours are in our life. Well I think these smiles would add colour to everyones life so I am sharing them with you.

Watching the Winter Olympics.

I know I should be busy answering more questions but I am watching the Winter Olympics on the TV a lot at the moment.
However, I did have a brilliant fun night out last night with Clemmie who is on holiday with Curly at moment, we all went to visit Comenius Bear. We played 'Ring a Ring a Roses', which ended in a big group hug. It was a shame that the rest of the toys could not be there.I did notice that Clemmie likes his food a lot and tucked into the biscuits Comenius put out for us all.
Mind you Curly and I enjoyed the crisps!!!I will be back to answer some more questions soon.

On the door step!

A little while ago Hedgie asked us toys if we were made to feel welcome in our new homes.
I must say that I have been made to feel very welcome by Shirley and Colin.
I think that no matter where ever I go in the world the door will always be opened for me when I ring on their doorbell. Mind you they do have rather a BIG doorstep.
Good job I am good at climbing.

At the Doctors

I am still answering some of the questions the other toys have given me:
I know I am not answering them in the right order but you must realise by now that I don't always do what I should!
You will remember from one of my earlier posts that Shirley always takes me out with her.
Well today she pushed me into my plastic bag as usual and took me to the doctors with her, when she does this I have to take a really deep breath because I do not know how long I am going to be in there!
You can see from this photo just how squashed I get, also to add another insult she had a curly whurly in her bag today and I was not able to get to it!
I could hear Shirley and the doctor talking and they seemed to be talking for ages, anyway the next thing I know is that being taken out of my bag and getting examined by the doctor.
This was really embarrassing but Shirley explained that he was just checking that it was alright for me to be put into a plastic bag so much.
Now I really do think she is insane!!!
Not too sure what the Doctor thought either but it was his idea to go on and check my pulse too!
I think I have answered a few questions today and it was nice to meet someone new as well.
I think Shirley is very lucky to have such a nice doctor to look after her don't you?

Out in the cold!

Hedgie wants to know if Shirley is kind and attentive at all times.
Well you saw from her shopping trip that sometimes I get neglected.
Little did I know then I was going to be put out in the garden to count birds for an hour on my own.
Apparently it was the RSPB's birdwatch weekend so yesterday it was down to me to count all the birds that came into our garden. At least I wasn't the only one who was wearing a red coat!
